Poh Kong, Malaysia’s leading jewellery brand unveiled its highly awaited ‘Auspicious Collection’ and showcased the signature ‘Happy Love’ at an exclusive event themed, ‘Spring Date with Poh Kong’.

In anticipation of the coming Lunar year, Poh Kong introduced its 2016 golden Auspicious Collection series featuring key elements that are synonymous to the year of the Monkey in various meaningful, fashionable and innovative designs. Making the event even more significant, Jessie Lee, professional Feng Shui Master was present to share details on the fortune for the year of the monkey while elaborating on the Five Elements to guests.

As part of the event, Poh Kong also showcased its signature ‘Happy Love’ collection that is uniquely designed based on traditional oriental weddings infused with modern elegance. The ‘Happy Love’ collection was showcased in a fashionable way with models donning the impeccable pieces, exhibiting the excellent craftsmanship and intricacy of the collection.

 

Abacus of Prosperity Series 

Under the Abacus of Prosperity series you will find the Abacus Ring and the Apple Abacus Pendant, each having their own unique significance. The abacus with six rows of beads on the Abacus Ring symbolises accumulation of wealth, while the six beads that flank the abacus are made of natural A grade jade, enhancing the wealth of the bearer. The Apple Abacus Pendant is shaped like an apple with the abacus as its core, a delicate piece that is suitable for women, with the apple signifying peace and the abacus for abundance of wealth.

Golden Delights Series 

The Golden Delights series offers a wide selection of jewellery, including the highly exquisite hining Riches that features the blooming peony flower. The majesty of the dragon and the grace of the phoenix are a perfect match that lies among the “Auspicious Clouds” surrounded by the Great Wall, bringing the couple a blessed and abiding marriage. This pendant is a result of at least 10 years of professional carving experience, which can be seen through the meticulous craftsmanship of the dragon and the phoenix. The pendants come in large, medium, and small sizes which are suitable for both genders.

Under the same collection, you can find a series that features the phoenix, which includes necklace, earrings, and bangle. The phoenix is the king of all birds, symbolising wealth and comes with the parents’ infinite blessings, in hopes of their daughter marrying well and the daughter-in-law bringing prosperity to the family, therefore making it the ideal gift for the bride.
